Who we are

Studio Conti Immobiliare is a company owned by Lucia Conti whose main interest is in finding and restoring the many medieval and renaissance properties that are located in the historical centre of Florence and its surrounding countryside. Luciana loves her city with its ancient palaces set on the banks of the Arno. Particularly those of the Oltrano district whose attics frequently command truly outstanding views over the rooftops: Brunelleschi's famous cupola, the tower ofthe Palazzo Vecchio, the Church of Santo Spirito, the Pitti Palace, the Ponte Vecchio, San Miniato, the distant Fiesole and the cypress clad surrounding hills. She lives in fact in Piazza del Carmine, the heart of Oltrano and her penthouse apartment has a floral arched terrace which has a truly astonishing view and was restored with the help of Marcello Mariotti.
